Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unassembled, free of damage, and in its original packaging. For furniture and large items, all parts, screws, accessories, and protective materials must be included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@klirco.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent or delivered to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. For large furniture items, a pickup can be arranged, and collection fees may apply.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


Inspection & Damage Verification

All returned items are carefully inspected by our team before a refund is approved. This inspection ensures that the item is still in new, unused, unassembled, and undamaged condition.

During inspection, we verify:

  • No signs of use, wear, or assembly

  • No scratches, dents, stains, tears, or structural damage

  • All parts, screws, accessories, and documentation included

  • Original packaging and protective materials intact

  • Correct and secure repackaging

If an item shows signs of damage, use, assembly, or missing components, the return may be rejected, or a partial refund may be issued depending on the condition.
Klirco reserves the right to deny refunds for items that are not in resaleable condition.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or special-order furniture

  • Assembled items or items showing signs of use

  • Mattresses, pillows, and bedding (if opened or unsealed)

  • Clearance or final-sale items (if stated at purchase)

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
